It does not run, but think it is something simple. Changed the oil, plug, battery, and cleaned up the carb. It will idle for a few seconds and die. The Honda motor was replaced with a Carroll Stream Motor Company 16hp engine. It ran good before it was put away a few years ago. Manual dump box. Locking diff.
