This airy, light condo, built in 1978, has its own private entrance, two floors and a third level storage space. The windows have all been replaced. The kitchen floor has been tiled and the living room flooring has been replaced with MVP. The kitchen has lots of cabinets, a countertop microwave, garbage disposal and adjoining dining area. Both bedrooms upstairs have good closet space. This complex is within easy walking distance of Sertoma Park, the Bismarck Zoo, as well as miles and miles of walking and bike paths. There are two great places to sit outside to relax and catch some sun-the patio right outside the condos sliding doors and the pool area. The condo fee includes all pool maintenance. A designated parking space is just outside the front door and the nearby garages face the condos, away from the street. A maintenance fee of $3,800.00 was paid in February to install a new condo roof.
