Black Formal Dress - Never Worn

I ordered this dress from JJs House with custom sizing. The measurements I provided were Bust 35.5", Waist 30.5", Hips 39", Hollow to Floor 52". I am a petite woman, 5'1" without shoes, approximately 130 lbs and about a size 8-10. The dress provided fit well but I found something I liked better and am unable to return due to the custom sizing. I ordered this for my son's winter wedding and it t will be a nice dressy dress for someone. I paid $200. They call it an A-Line Scoop Neck Tea-Length Chiffon Lace Mother of the Bride Dress.
