7 month old Border Collie for rehoming

His name is Bear and we have had him since September when he was 10 weeks old. He is house trained, kennel trained and knows basic commands such as sit, lay down, and shake. He was neutered beginning of January and is up to date on shots. He gets along with cats and dogs but the problem we have had with him since brining him home is he is constantly herding our cats and they hide unless he is kenneled and they are not outside cats to be able to get some space. He is skittish at first of new people but within 5 minutes of a good pet he is in love with just about everyone. His mom was a AKC registered longhaired Border Collie who was a working sheep dog and his father was a short haired Border Collie who was also a working cattle dog. He has a ton of energy and would be best with a fenced yard or a farm to run. We have kids and loves playing fetch and running around the yard with them.
