2013 3170ds sun seeker

Currently in use. 32 foot class c rv. 6 tires under 5,000 miles. 1 full sized spare tire never used. Tire date of 04/23.

Lived in full time for 3 years.

No mechanical issues.

We remodeled things inside to make it more full time liveable. Upgraded the 6 gallon electric water heater with a tankless on demand propane water heater. We installed a victron 3000 inverted. Added 3 120 watt solar panels and installed the hardware for a 4th solar panel. We added 3 100 watt lithium batteries, there is room for one more battery, I also have the hardware needed.

We also added an extended stay for propane hookup and have 2 30 pound tanks.

We also installed a mini split bypassing the noisy heat/cooling system it came with.

The inside of the rv has had the couch removed in the dining area to make more storage room

The couch that was in the slideout was also removed and replaced with a mattress

Awning will need replacing in the future if your planning on using it
